What is your signature dish? Frazer Salmon: fresh salmon fillet topped with horseradish, chopped pecans and breadcrumbs, baked and served on a creamy Dijon mustard sauce with kidney beans and rice

Name three kitchen utensils you can’t live without: My wife, Seneca, who inspires me; my daughter, Meera, who corrects me when I’m wrong and a chef’s knife.

A fun fact about you: I played rugby for 15 years at international level starting in high school. I started practicing yoga at 50 and have never looked back.
