Nobu Hospitality launches hotel and restaurant in Santorini
The global luxury lifestyle brand founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, movie star Robert De Niro and entrepreneur Meir Teper will launch its first hotel and restaurant in Greece.

Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to open Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini in spring 2022. This comes after the global luxury lifestyle brand entered into a long-term management agreement with conglomerate MonteRock International.

Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini will be the brand’s 26th hotel worldwide and the tenth in Europe alone.
A clifftop retreat
Guests can expect to find an extensive hospitality offering that includes a Nobu restaurant, two-tier infinity pool and full-service spa, as well as a fitness center and five luxury pool villas. . From its cliff-top location in Imerovigli, just 20 minutes from Santorini (Thira) International Airport, the hotel will offer panoramic views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea.
