No hand washing was observed by food handlers during activities where it was required. An employee was seen returning to work from the outside without first washing his hands. Label bottles containing cleaning products as to their contents. Bottles of chemicals were found without labels. The bin is in such a position that the lids cannot be closed without removing the bin from the bin. The health permit posted expired on June 30, 2021. Post a new permit before September 20, 2021.

Food handlers may only consume beverages in containers with closed lids with straws. Uncovered water bottles were found in the food preparation area. No hand washing was observed by a food handler during activities where it was required. The front sink was blocked by a trash can and trays that did not allow hand washing. The sprouts in the cold room had mold and spoilage. Potentially dangerous raw meat was stored above ready-to-eat foods. Arrange the meat as follows from top to bottom: fish and shellfish, pork, beef and poultry. Label bottles containing cleaning products as to content. There was no disinfectant rinse used in the three compartment sink. The utensils were not properly sanitized. With the exception of canned beverages, all foods should be stored at least six inches from floor surfaces. Refrigerated or stored foods should be covered. Crates of meat were stored on the floor. Several food containers stored in the cold room did not have lids. Wiping cloths should be stored in a bucket of water with an adequate concentration of disinfectant. Do not reuse a single service or single use items. Food handlers should wash their hands properly before putting on or changing gloves. Clean the soda dispenser and all handles on the refrigeration units.
