Boston’s New Omni Hotel Celebrates City Life

Showcasing the work of architects Elkus Manfredi, Waldrop + Nichols Studio, Moody Nolan, and Stull and Lee, this 1,054-key Omni hotel highlights Boston’s forward-thinking approach.

In addition to embodying 21st-century Boston through its philosophy and design, the hotel includes an array of attractive amenities, including a rooftop pool deck, spa, and no less than seven dining and dining options.

A remarkable development

The new Omni Boston At The Seaport now welcomes guests to its 1,054 guest rooms and suites. This towering achievement, located in the booming Seaport / South Boston Waterfront neighborhood, celebrates the city’s visual and performing arts history, along with its technological innovations, academic tradition and bright future.

The program is a joint venture between Omni Hotels & Resorts and New Boston Hospitality, comprising The Davis Companies, Washington Capital Management on behalf of one or more investment clients, Spot On Ventures, Taylor Smith Group, Boston Urban Development and minority investors local.

A reflection of its locality

The striking design of the Omni Boston Hotel At The Seaport was executed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, Waldrop + Nichols Studio, Moody Nolan and Stull and Lee. Guests can expect a gallery-like setting with a lobby featuring a stage for live performances, as well as a carefully curated collection of artwork including paintings, sculptures, murals and other media, showcasing Boston’s talent.

The hotel’s 1,054 rooms, including 52 suites, are spread over two 22-storey towers, with views of the port and its surroundings. The Patron Tower features rooms inspired by the city’s performing arts heritage, while the Artist’s Tower offers artist loft accommodation.

The 2,000-square-foot Presidential Suite, perched on the 22nd floor of the Patron Tower, features a 180-degree view as well as exceptional amenities, including two fireplaces, an eight-person dining room and a private screening room .

Guests can dine at seven separate venues, five of which are run by award-winning chef Steve Peterson, from the Mediterranean-American restaurant Kestra to the open-air Lifted Pool Bar on the fifth floor. Meanwhile, a collaboration with COJE Management Group has resulted in the creation of the modern French brasserie Coquette and the Cocorico day and night café and wine bar.

The wellness experience is focused here at Breve Spa, offering a range of treatments in a space that also has a 24-hour fitness center. This wellness area is complemented by the outdoor swimming pool on the roof terrace.
